Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

We had 2 rooms... 1 had a coffee pot with a cut cord.. I had an extra guest that opted to stay another night. They went to pay a fee for stating an extra night. They were told they didn't have $4 in change as it was $6 and all my guest had was a $10 bill. They came back to the room searching for change to take to the front desk. They couldn't find it. So I told them I'd just have them out it on my card. Front desk called and said they couldn't do that but my guest had left with my card to go to the store. The front desk then called me 4 times wondering where they were. Needless to say they pulled up my bank card and charged it. This was all happening on my final night there. I had to check out less than 7 hrs later. I thought this was quite ridiculous over $6.
