This is a nice hotel with a lot of little thoughtful extras. I like having recycling and a coffee maker in the room and a reward for forgoing room service. The staff were really great, so friendly.

The best part was the location to the Cox Business Center, however, everything else was a disappointment. I have stayed at Aloft before & understand the atmosphere. But, this is the bare bones. Service in the bar...& the food was horrible. They ran out of KETCHUP! Where does that happen, not to mention having to run out & buy more wine. The air vent area is our room was dirty with hand prints/ finger prints. Front desk personnel were very friendly & that helped. Facilities just need an update BAD! Location is this hotel's only selling point.

Cleaning people nice. Wish our room had been cleaned before 3:30pm every day. Lobby staff was hit and miss on being friendly. They couldn't find our reservation and tried to charge the room and parking to our personal credit cards when we checked out. (Was there for a conference completely paid for by the school district I work for). Having to pay over-the-top prices for soda and snack food is ridiculous.

Good beds and good shower. They parking set up is hard. Hard to get to because of one ways and construction. Front desk people could have been more friendly
