Staff is always friendly and accommodating . Hotel shuttles run quite efficiently. Thank you for the breakfast buffet! Very good! And Douwe Egbert coffee is my favorite! Thanks!

Great hotel and friendly staff. The only issue I have is the heating system in the rooms. They are very old and don't work. Room was like a sauna so I turned the air on and it ran for just a few minutes and stopped. I could never get it started again. My room was so hot that I was unable to sleep. Something should be done to modernize what I consider to be a very important feature of a room.
