Midas

We received inconsistent information and quotes from this Midas for the work our car needed (or didn't need?) Then today when we took car in, the customer service rep just didn't impress me - seemed uninterested in his job, like he wasn't listening as I described what was going on or when I told him what service we decided to have them perform, etc... Then received call 45 min before closing, that car would be done and to pick it up by closing time, so arrived 10 min before closing - and had to wait 30 min for them to finish. When I (nicely) expressed our opinion/frustration about things, he apologized, but seemed bored/like he really couldn't care less. We'll check out online reviews more before choosing where to take our cars next, it won't be back here.
