Hampton Inn & Suites Riverside/Corona East

I really like the continental breakfast and cozy rooms.

I was really worried about this stay I've had two bad experiences with hotels that have had inn at the end of their name they were dirty and had bedbugs and roaches I slept in my car those nights because I was too far from home to go back my cousin booked your hotel and I was close enough to home if need be or of course stay in my car again as I'm older I was not looking forward to that I was pleasantly pleased the room and the lobby everywhere I looked was spotless The staff was very nice and the breakfast was really good everyone had smiles housekeeping and the people replacing the food at breakfast everyone had smiles I loved this place thank you so much

I normally don't flaunt that I am a diamond member but this employee after pulling up my reservation didn't not acknowledge me at all, did not thank me for choosing them, didn't give me my snacks of which I always choose two bottles of water (cheap for them), and then later in my stay did not help me another night when I needed a fork for my dinner. A second employe that could have helped me while one employee was helping another guest just stood at the front desk and didn't even glance my way to acknowledge the fact I was standing right in front of him. I mean at least say hi, so and so will be with you in just a minute.

Solid, but not luxurious.
