Erick the tech manager was super friendly and totally aimed to please, but another manager, Rachel was rude, was not helpful, yelled at kids, thankfully not the group I was with, actually kicked a cup near the garbage can instead of picking it up, then scolded an employee very loudly and unprofessionally I front of everyone there. When asked for help, she said one moment, left for the back and did not return. Very displeased with her and her attitude. She should not be working there. If she is there next time I go, I will leave.
