Budget Rent A Car, FAIRFIELD OH

I had selected a car online. They had the best prices of any car rental company. Once o for there they were unbelievably helpful and efficient. I ended up going up a size for a very minimal amount. I am so happy I did!

I rented the car to get home from the Indianapolis Airport. The car I got had no floor mats and lots of scrapes and dents but it was a short rental so not that big of a deal. I was a little concerned because nobody looked it over with me at Indy. When I dropped it off I had hoped to discuss it with this office. The young man working was very polite and greeted me. He was alone and trying to assist a walkin customer. I knew I would have a brief wait but then two men in Budget uniforms walked in and everything stopped for them. The other lady and I just had to step back and wait for them to pick up a van. After another 10 minutes I laid everything on the counter and walked out.
