This is a well appointed and we'll run hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, the service is great. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there.

Breakfast was a little later served than most hotels. 6:30 instead of 6:00. Walls in room were dirty. Needed paint. I could hear a loud voice from my room around 9pm. I thought it was the TV in the lobby. I called to ask them to turn it down. Apparently the TV was not voice activated. Must have been a customer. So annoying I had to turn the fan on to cover up the noise. Customer service tried to address, but I guess could not. Overall my stay was quite nice. I was satisfied!

Loved the pool, loved the food/restaurant. Stayed in Asheville and got to visit downtown, location was awesome. Wish it felt more like home though.
