Hilton Garden Inn Columbus

This hotel was exceptional. Food was great, pantry was convenient and had a good selection. The grounds were fabulous. My kids loved feeding the ducks and walking around the lake. Could greatly improve the pillows - they had no support and went flat as soon as I laid down. I opted to sleep directly on the mattress.

Gayla was so helpful with a business meeting I was planning.

Need to run the restaurant and bar more efficiently.

I wish they had a free level of breakfast

They didn't have complimentary breakfast!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and went two days with no hot water.
