I am a loyal Hyatt customer but my grandmother is a Hilton Honors member and booked my family rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn for my brothers wedding. My experience at this hotel did not make me want to switch hotel brands and I will definitely be avoiding Hilton's after this experience. I have had better experiences at La Quinta's. My main complaint was about cold breakfast. All I wanted was a tiny box of cereal and some milk to go with it and that was going to cost $11.89!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. The staff was rude and the maid dis not clean very well.
