Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North

Thanks! Some aspects (carpet, ice hopper) were long outdated, but overall the hotel was clean and nice. The bed was TERRIBLE but since that's subject to personal opinion (firmness or softness) it's not really fair to judge based in that alone. Great staff as well.

Definitely not the caliber of hotel that I expected. I asked reservations to book me at a Hilton. The Hilton garden inn is no where near as nice as the Hilton that I have grown to know and love :-(

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn because it was close to my friend's house, was reasonably priced, and had a pool. once we got there, the pool was closed for maintenance, which was never mentioned previously on the website. the room was ok, the blanket had 2 stains, and I the rooms themselves could be updated. other than that it was decent for the price we paid and the amount of time we stayed. plus it was right next to Jack in the box and a gas station
