Just another HGI. However, that's what keeps me coming back. I'm never disappointed at an HGI; unlike Hampton Inns where you never know what you'll experience.

Great location and clean room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff even was willing to fix food to my diet if I let them know the day before. The staff was very engaging and friendly.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were like not having one. The air conditioner was loud and kept me awake! I have had better experiences and it was expensive!

The hotel itself is nice and the staff is super friendly. However, the room I stayed in (room 210) was dissatisfying. The noise from the elevator shaft was horrible. We didn't sleep at all. Very loud and annoying. Also the tub was clogged...so after about 3 mins of showering I was standing in a couple inches of water. I recommend requesting a room as far away from the elevators as possible.
