On a previous visit, I would have only had great things to say. This visit, however, landed us in a room with issues. The space around the door frame was so wide that you could see into and out of the room even with the door closed and locked tight. The shower would get stuck on hot and make a horrible whining noise. Then, the smoke alarm would start beeping due to the shower steam. It was the worst room I've stayed in at a HIE in a while. Noisy, uncomfortable, etc. The only good thing was it was clean. I expect more from this brand and the rate I paid.
