I usually rent from this location. But this is the first dissatisfied experience I have ever had. We had to wait for the vehicle because it was not ready we arrived on time to pick it up. They said that it was still being services for cleaning. Then when we received keys we got to the van and the inside was disgusting. The windshield very cover in dead bug spatters. I took pictures because it was ridiculous. I could not switch out because we were on a time schedule. I was really disappointed. I called and no apology was given. Really I will be sending an email to corporate with pictures.
