Very clean rooms... Great breakfast...

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was disappointed with several other things: ice machine did not work on second floor, air conditioner struggled to work last night I was there, the chair in the room was broken, the breakfast was continental not full as advertised, and I called for a handicap room and was put on hold at least nine times before I checked in. When I checked out the desk clerk asked how my stay was and I told her. She argued with me an called me a liar about the ice machine.
