The staff made me feel comfortable

The hotel needs a serious upgrade to its facilities. The air conditioner was so loud I had to max the volume on the television just to hear the television. The carpet and rooms looked grungy and not worth $89/night. The toiletries were at a bare minimum. The complimentary breakfast left something to be desired. Could have done without it.
