Very nice atmosphere

My friends and I used the pool and hot tub and it was a lot of fun. The hotel room was nice and clean and the ladies at the front desk were very kind

Nice staff. How water took too long to kick in (never really did). Also, back stairwell had no circulating cold air - prob 85 degrees.

We stay there every year in February for a Valentine's Day getaway and this was the worst one yet! The beds are supposed to be adjustable and one side was broken and I had to literally sleep in a hole. The curtains were nasty had at least and inch of dust on them. They told me there was complimentary bottle water in the room but there was none and also no cups for coffee. At 8:00 the next morning house keeping Knicks on the door and before I could get up they came barging in while we were in bed and no I had NOT checked out!! When I told the front desk about everything at checkout he just looks at me and says sorry. This is a Hilton Hotel for goodness sakes!! I paid $150 for one night they need to get it together. The least they could offer was a free night on them!!
