We had double bed room. One of the bed was old and the sheet kept coming off. ??

The people were nice and the hotel is clean but my room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and it was in my clothes when I left. That was disappointing. Also, when I arrived at 1:00 AM there were notes on the locked doors saying they were full but no instructions for people with reservations. It was unnerving thinking I might not have a room for the night.

The were candy wrappers in the corner of our room, rips in the chair next to the bed, it felt pretty unclean. When the lady came through to vacuum the hallway outside of our room, the vacuum was squealing and making the most aggravating sound. The only positive thing about the experience was free breakfast.

The stay was good until found bugs in our room. The where on the window sill.

although the staff was friendly. the room was not properly stocked we didn't have toilet paper. Also there was bugs in the room. The hotel over charged us and told us we would have to wait 10 days to be refunded. I'm calling on to corporate tomorrow.
