The staff are most professional and nice as if they were a friend. The hotel is a stunning building and the view from the upper levels at night is as beautiful a site I have ever seen.

This hotel is the best. The staff are the friendly people you would ever want to meet. Even the valet staff are most professional and kind. I will recommend your hotel to all my family and friends.

Room needed updating. Old TV, old carpet, no mini-frig even though the website said there would be one, closest working ice machine was 8 floors away.
