Four Points by Sheraton Memphis East

The employee that checked us in was not helpful at all!! However, the following morning, another employee helped us with everything!!

We stopped at the hotel to get directions to the highway. I was quite impressed with the hotel & the staff. I still wish I had stayed there instead of the Embassy Suites
