Had a flat tire, need to get it fix ASAP they are the only one who help me, everyone is full or have to get my car the following day

The customer service was horrible I had to wait to check in and wait to check out. The employees were also rude not friendly and did not carry themselves in a professional manner. And the way that they speak to each other was worse than the ways they speak to customers.
