I was supposed to get a phone call when my car was ready. No one ever called. I'm I sat waiting at Starbucks next door and just happened to notice that it was parked out front.

I had a terrible customer service experience. I ended up emailing the store manager and corporate about the unprofessional behavior by one of their employees. I will never take my car back to this location.

My experience was horrible! The manager talked to me like I was an idiot, and I have a feeling it is because he thinks females know nothing about cars. They overcharge to fix a simple tire problem. I will NOT be back.
