Danny is amazing! I have followed him wherever he has worked for the past 6 years, from GoodYear in The Colony to Grapevine to this location Frisco. I will continue to go wherever Danny is as long as he is within 100 miles of my home. Best service I have received from any business ever! Robert, who worked with Danny in the Colony (as the service manager) was also incredible! They were a great team and Goodyear lost MANY customers when they were split up and transferred to different Goodyear locations. You have two outstanding employees in these gentlemen. I would STRONGLY encourage you pair them together and give Danny a store manager position and Robert a service manager position. If it weren't for them, I would not go to Goodyear at all. I have been to 4 separate locations where Danny and Robert did not work, and the service is abysmal, to say the least! Clearly you do not value the employees that give your company an excellent reputation, which tells me you do not value your employees at all (a very poor quality in a company). I do not go to Goodyear for service on my vehicle, I go to Danny (because Danny provides service Goodyear is incapable of providing). Lastly, since Danny is not a store manager anymore, he is not able to provide tire options for my vehicle (Mercedes-Benz E350) beyond one or two tires. Since he is no longer a store manager, I go to Firestone for tires. I can get a tire with identical ratings (in fact, I can get the exact same Dunlop tire) for 25% less (or more). Even without tires, I still spend a lot of money with Goodyear every year. This year alone I have spent just shy of $15,000 (11 oil changes, 3 sets of 4 brake pads and shoes, one set of 4 full brake system replacement, 4 alignments, an air intake manifold, 8 spark plugs, 2 ignition coils, a starter, a power steering pump, 3 new wheels [$500 each], a new serpentine belt, 3 pulleys, among other repairs, but you get the idea) on my 5 cars at Goodyear. I put a significant amount of miles
