Today i wanted a oil and filter change but the service center was very busy. I will get my service done another day. I have had service done there before and was satisfactory.

I go to Goodyear exclusively. Danny, now at the Grapevine location, earned my business at The Colony store and I have been a customer ever since. Great service and competitive pricing.

Shouldn't take an hour and a half for oil changes. I know they make their real money off the larger repairs but think how many more customers would come for the big stuff if they could regularly get a fast oil change there.

Surely it doesn't take 2.5 hours for an oil change when there were bays open. Why not have a dedicated oil change employee so customers can get in and out without pulling other employees away from more complicated tasks.
