The tub is small

Our contact person for the wedding stay was terrible at communicating. She wouldn't return calls and emails. Also, many wedding guests were not included in the guest count, so we couldn't prepare gift bags. Some guests actually stayed at another hotel because they were not offered the preferred wedding rate.
