I had a nail in my tire. Since it was under warranty I knew I wouldn't have to pay. Just took 2 hours. I get it was peak time but they should be a little better staffed. One guy taking care of customers while trying to answer customer calls. Felt bad for he guy.

Rich was very pleasant. And a lot cheaper than belle tire. Overall positive experience.

I went in for my annual tire rotation and balancing that comes with the tires I bought. Not a long wait. Got me in and out quickly.
