This is an incredible hotel. I really enjoy staying at it. The rooms are beautiful. I love that I can look out at the river and river street and see the city of Savannah.

Very nice hotel. The only downside was our room was not cleaned after one night. We had go call for towels to use the next night.

Awesome place to stay! Everything you can want is available. The grounds are beautiful, they offer activities for the kids with bikes, pool, sprinkler, fire pit, amazing view. Worth every penny!

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We were able to upgrade to a river view room which was worth the extra money. Merry, the concierge was friendly, professional and a wealth of knowledge. I'm already wanting to go back.

My company host a multiple day meeting at the hotel. Many things we ordered on the BEO and discussed with the hotel event coordinator were not set up and we had to spend time asking again for each item. The cleanliness of rooms was not consistent among all guests either. Many disappointments, to say the least.

Horrible food on room service , hair left in tub, the pillow was stained and not changed even after I left it exposed for house keeping, and our TV didn't work for the first 24hrs. The hotel comped half the meal and gave us 2 movies for our trouble; but I find that shocking due to the many issues we encountered.
