The staff is highly energetic, always greeting when someone walk in the door. If all associates are busy the make sure to notice waiting customers with someone will be with your shortly. In my experience with Cash America the staff and environment is very good.

Because no matter how busy they may be or how long it may take, they are always extremely polite, professional, and extremely helpful, and I never leave there unhappy or unsatisfied. As far as I'm concerned they treat me like family and that particular type of customer service is extremely rare and almost non existent now days. I love them and I'll keep coming until they move to another planet or go out of business which I don't see either happening anytime soon.
