My lack of satisfaction with the time probably stems from the fact that I came in late on a Sunday afternoon. They did well.

Customer service was awesome!! Looking out for the customer was a big plus, I came in for a basic oil change and was inform that my rear driver side tire was only connected by one inner lug and nut and had I been driving down the freeway I would have lost the tire possibly severely injuring myself and or my family, not even a month later the front passenger tire fell off as I was parking in a friends complex, they had all parts in stock and completed the necessary work by 3pm the next day, it was a total shock for all things thins to be happening in such close time frames, but I thank God for watching over me and sending his angel to firestone to seal the deal...

I came here because I the low pressure sing for my tires came on. They inflated all four for free! It did take a while to get attended (even though there was no line) but in their defense it was raining and cold.
