Associate looked up a battery I called to see if they had, he said yes. So i went in to purchase, only to find that both associates looked up wrong battery. I did not find out until she brought the battery out that it was wrong. I said it was wrong, she looked up the other one, they didn't have it and neither did the supplier in town. Needless to say, I settled on getting the battery they had after being in there for 20 minutes already. I hear bad things about their repairs, as them sabotaging something to where it will go bad quick, a system not related to the repair, so the warranty doesn't cover it. Now I experience their terrible customer service. I will not only do my own repairs, but also stick with advanced auto or interstate batteries directly from now on.

Went in for a promotional oil change but left due to exceedingly long wait time
