One of the nicest Ws I have ever stayed in. Extremely nice facility and staff. We had a small issue with them charging me for 2 nights rather than one, but we quickly got it resolved.

Great hotel and experience until departure, when picking up our car from valet smelled like smoke. The valet manager was able to assist with the problem and was very competent. Still not happy that someone from the valet will think that was ok to smoke in someone's vehicle.
