I had a coupon for a free upgrade and could not use it even though I had a reservation. It would have been nice if they would have contacted me before had. I had to pay extra money.

I had a coupon that I used when I made my reservation and when I got there to pick the car up the upgrade was not available and I had to pay extra. Thy also need to tell you in advance what documents you need bring with you. I had to go back home for a utility bill because they wouldn't take my contract cell phone bill. It added an extra unnecessary hour.
