Scheduling was a bit difficult because they are very busy (this store at least) however it is totally worth it! The staff is always incredibly friendly. They are very helpful but not trying to upswell. Very informative. They do good work and do it efficiently. Plus they always have coupons for oil changes and I purchased a lifetime alignment for my car through them and it has been awesome!

Every time I have been here they have taken HOURS literally. Last time I waited four hours before I had to just get up and ask for my keys because my car hadn't even moved. Seriously my car hadn't moved in four hours while I sat there and did nothing. This time it took FIVE hours. It's absurd. I will never go back. They are severely overpriced, understaffed, under qualified, and unfriendly. It's honestly the most pathetic customer service I've ever received.

Sat and waited over two hours for an oil change only to never see my car be moved. At the end of my two hour wait I had to get up and ask for my keys back without an oil change because I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had while getting a vehicle serviced. I had to wait over two hours for nothing because they still had no began to service my vehicle. Poor attentiveness, understaffed, overbooked, disrespectful, 100% terrible experience. Will NEVER go back.
