while on a business trip, my company has an account with enterprise and had negotiated special rates for us. when first arriving one male worker approached us, he was so condescending from the start. He typed our info in and informed us we are early!! on the phone the lady said come whenever you're ready. so the next comment from him is you can come back at two or we can type the contract now. I said we don't have a vehicle to 'come back later with ' we'll wait and start the paperwork. okay, promising. right? wrong, we hand over our licenses and credit cards now they don't accept out of town debit cards! Now your whole business is based on out of town drivers! And don't forget our work has an account with these people! they were supposed to make our trip easier but just upset me in the process.Although he did provide another rental co, since he knew that would make us go away. so he could get back to doing nothing, since there weren't any other customers... very disappointed with this company
