I don't remember the name of our tour guide but she was great she took us around the rooms and was telling us stories about the castle. We would walk by some guides and they wouldn't be talking so we were very lucky we got her she kept us entertained the whole time

There were port a potties for restrooms. Not a bad thing since it was explained that it was for the saving of water for the state. Good job Hearst Castle!
