Dropped my car off to get 2 tires plugged. I got a call 3 hours later saying only one of the tires could be fixed, but they could sell me a whole set of tires for around $700. Also, they went ahead & checked the vehicle for other issues & found several problems, including (among other things I suspect they made up) the need for a new battery & coolant flush. When I told the gentleman that I just replaced the battery & radiator, complete with all new coolant, 3 1/2 months ago & that it was impossible to need either, he told me that they needed replacement/flush anyway. All told, they were "recommending" $1400 worth of repairs when all I wanted was two $20 tire repairs. I told him to fix the one tire that was fixable & I would come pick the vehicle up. He called right back to say that the manager, on second thought, could not repair either tire, but they were still more than willing to sell me a whole new set of tires for $700. I said no thanks & went to pick the vehicle up. I was made to wait for 15 minutes once I arrived & was then told by the "manager" that "you need to get some tires on that, bud". While I was waiting, I overheard a worker telling another person there that their tires could not be repaired but they would gladly sell her a new set of tires for $500. Must be a November quota to be met on selling tires that requires the workers to lie to their clientele. I would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this store to anyone. They are complete scam artists. BUYER BEWARE!
