Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would have liked to use my work discount at the actual location, instead they said I had to do it online so I sat in my car outside booking a car from my phone then went back in to pay.

I scheduled to be picked up at 12:30!a week in advance. I waited to be picked up no one ever showed up. I called to check on my pick up the phone was answered, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold again. I had to find a ride to go pick up my car because I never got a clear answer. When I got there I asked for the car and they car wasn't there because it "needed gas" and his co-worker would be there in 5 minutes. I waited for 10 and asked again and then was told it needed and oil change. I told them that I was late to work from my inch hour and he then rudely said do you want a refund or do you want the car. I had to be taken to the place where my the car was having the oil change and had to wait another 15 minutes before I could leave. It was a terrible experience and I will never rent from enterprise again.
