Always very efficient and the quality of the massage is always good to excellent. I have used the facial option a few times and those have been great experiences as well.

My massage therapist, Alex, is one of the best professionals I have ever used and I’ve been consistently using practitioners for 30+ years. I have a myriad of back and piriformis / hip issues that Alex has been instrumental in helping to alleviate. Alex is amazing at asking questions and understanding my pain, tightness and stress issues. I’d highly recommend him if you are seeking a great therapist.

Esthetician is always so friendly, makes me comfortable, very knowledgeable. She always caters to my skin at the time and never tries to sell me anything I don’t need.

Alysa is fantastic and I never have a bad experience at H&S when I go to her. Frankly, I ONLY go to her for this exact reason. There was a period where she was away so I tried another provider and wasn't as happy with them, so I waited until Alysa returned before making my next appointment.

FINALLY! An amazing massage therapist where I want to come back and get massages again. I was giving up hope as the ones I loved left and the ones left and I would try we were not compatible for the massage. This was the 1st time in a LONG time I left feeling very relaxed and not a bit tense from the massage. It was a win win! I can’t wait to enjoy it again today and hopefully again end of month! Just hope when they make the reservations they do it propertly and use 2 credits for a “2H” 50minx2 massage. Now, I did not get one about the facial but I’ll talk to you about that today. Great person and felt great after it as well but I wondered why I was told I got charged 5 credits. NO ONE told me to do the DiamondGlow it was an extra $115!!! I did think it was odd how the tip was so much more for the facial then the 2 hour massage. IF SOMETHING IS NOT PART OF THE PACKAGE LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!!! Specially at $115!! When I saw the bill once I got home I was not happy. But was so relaxed that my brain was not fully understanding what was happening.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to get massages at a reasonable price and that the persons giving massages are skilled. I feel relaxed upon leaving, which is very important to me. Thank you everyone.

My massage therapist (Alysa) is great and always asks which areas to focus on. The pressure is helpful in relieving pain and providing stress-relief.

I had to reschedule, and the process was quick and courteous. The reception area and therapy room were clean, fresh, and inviting. The staff was friendly, yet professional, and my massage was wonderful. I look forward to returning!
