Hand and Stone

My massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and provided me with a great experience. I do not get massages often but I plan on returning to Hand and Stone for my next one!

it's way too expensive for the services received. They also said my credit could cover an upgrade and then I found out afterward that it only covered 50% of the upgrade and I would not have done it knowing that. But The people were super nice

In addition to my local H&S always being well-maintained, cleanly, and calm with welcoming and kind reception staff, Alysa is fantastic every time. Alysa was recommended to me for my first appointment based on my desired pressure/massage style/etc. and I've never gone back - she's just the best!

It was a great experience

The entire experience is always positive. From the receptionist to the massage therapist I always leave feelings relaxed and like I am paying for a great experience. Alysa is a great therapist and always makes sure I am comfortable.

I always look forward to my visits at this location. Natalia and Naomi are my 2 girls I go to for facials and massages. They are absolutely fantastic. They know what they're doing and are super helpful with giving tips to keep my body and skin healthy. I always leave feeling extremely relaxed and re-centered.

Overall, is always a good experience with everyone there. Never really had a bad experience and for sure will highly recommend the location to people.

My therapist focused on the areas I requested

My esthetician is amazing and I love going to see her. My skin always feels so soft and amazing after a service. I also really enjoy trying new services. But I’m being priced out with the increase in prices that is going into effect in March. By the time that change goes into effect, it’ll be 20 dollars more a month than when I signed up. That’s quite an increase for less membership benefits!

I was greeted warmly and sincerely. They were very kind upon check out. Therapist did exactly what I asked for.
