The receptionist and my esthetician Natalia were so sweet! Very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. Good ambiance, I felt so rejuvenated afterwards and I'd highly recommend!

The spa staff is always so welcoming. The spa is always clean and inviting. My massage therapist, Elise, always takes the best care of me and my needs.

I was not satisfied at all. It was an awful experience. More of a rub down and didn’t even get my whole Back. Didn’t do my arms or neck either. Absolutely terrible

Natalia is the best, she listens and fixes my dry skin every year when I visit Chicago from Dallas. The change in outdoor temperatures and the water usually wreak havoc on my skin and she is always able to get it under control. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and has suggested great products to help me when home.

it's way too expensive for the services received. They also said my credit could cover an upgrade and then I found out afterward that it only covered 50% of the upgrade and I would not have done it knowing that. But The people were super nice

In addition to my local H&S always being well-maintained, cleanly, and calm with welcoming and kind reception staff, Alysa is fantastic every time. Alysa was recommended to me for my first appointment based on my desired pressure/massage style/etc. and I've never gone back - she's just the best!

The entire experience is always positive. From the receptionist to the massage therapist I always leave feelings relaxed and like I am paying for a great experience. Alysa is a great therapist and always makes sure I am comfortable.
