Everyone was very kind and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. They explained what they were doing to help me feel comfortable.

The massage was great and the massage therapist was nice and didn’t talk to me or try to sell me anything. The place is always clean. Everyone is friendly and nice.

The massage was relaxing. My massage therapist was amazing. The receptionist was also very nice and polite.

The woman who provided the facial was kind and professional. The waiting room was pleasant (although the wall fountain left several seats covered with water!) and the receptionist provided a warm neck pillow which was a nice touch.

Murana is wonderful and very caring.

My membership wasn’t complete from the first initial time I signed up. The front desk worker was very efficient in having theses problems fixed in a timely manner!

I was extremely satisfied with the massage I received which helped incredibly with my chronic neck and shoulder pain.

I do not live in VA so that is the reason why I probably would not return to this Hand and Stone. If I am in VA again, I would definitely go again.

I've been a member for years and always leave pleased with the service provided - even when I'm at different locations! But I really want it for massages and the availability of booking a massage for a time that works for me has drastically decreased.

I really appreciated the knowledge of products that my esthetician had, and how she was able to explain what products would be best for future use with my skin type and concerns.
