thought shower (no tub) was good idea until I experienced it. tripped on bottom metal frame because it is a few inches above floor level. once I used a little soap I was slipping around on plastic bottom of shower. could not adjust shower head, had to shower up on safety bar. no place for female to put products nor place to prop feet to shave legs. very dangerous combination

I've stayed here many times in the past, but this was the first time I questioned if my towels were clean - they felt stiff and were wrinkled as if they'd had soap on them and were refolded and hung after drying. One of the treadmills in the gym was broken and could not incline.

I've stayed here before and I'm sure will stay again. Only annoying part of this stay was getting up 3 flights of stairs and finding that neither of my room keys were working. The front desk rekeyed my cards but still annoying after a long day.

Wish I had known there was construction going on at the hotel before my stay. Hopefully it will be finished and cleaned before my next trip.

Great location, rooms were clean and spacious. I also liked that they still provide a laundry bag of fresh towels if you don't get your room cleaned. Front desk staff were polite and fitness room was small but adequate - no other guests came to use it when I was there. I did have housekeeping come knocking at my door at 8:30am on the day of my checkout, even though I had a "do not disturb" sign at my door. A little annoying.
