The hotel was nice and convenient and we enjoyed our room.

Alex was a great host. We stayed here during a time share preview for bluegreen. The children loved the room. The room was clean but there were specific attention to details that bothered me. For instance, the wall that split the bunk beds was dirty and the wall paper was peeling at a few corners. My 2 year old noticed that. The dust in the bathroom Corners bothered me because it's thousands of people dust. The bath tub was clean but it needed to be refinished. There were scratches with stains at the bottom of the tub. Things like that were a little bothersome. If I'm staying at a hotel I expect commercial cleaning instead of home type cleaning A great stay. The breakfast was average but good.

Our room was not vacated by the previous inhabitant, that was scheduled to be gone by that morning. A new room had to be found for us away from our other parties on the trip

Needs updating

I am a Marriott member so I have certain expectations for accommodations. I was surprised this property did not have exhaust fans in the bathrooms. I also have foam pillows on my preference file but they gave us a room with feather pillows. We arrived late at night so didn't call that out until we checked out the next morning. They did apologize for this and gave me 5000 Marriott points for the inconvenience. I appreciated that since both my husband and me have asthma and can't use feather pillows.
