Personnel is so friendly. Only minuses were that our room was roasting with the heat off and the breakfast could be open until 11am.

Convenient location. Nice atmosphere and comfortable. Also great breakfast included.

Maryanne was very friendly and helpful. One of the sheets on my bed had a hole in it. Elevator interior and lobby was very warm. Pool hours limited. Hot breakfast was not available for the full amount of time. They ran out of food and didn't supply any more for guests who came later but during the hours of breakfast.

Excellent service from Mac:) she was best! The pool was too cold for us to swim, and the hot tub was broken and closed during the entire stay:(

The phones weren't in working order, my son got a nasty rash from the pool. Other than that I was happy with the comfy beds and tastey breakfast. The lady in the breakfast area tending was super awesome.

Because I wasn't paying as much as everyone else I wasn't treated as good. As a Gold Priority Club member I should have been upgraded but wasn't because they said they could sell the room for more later that evening. I also happen to be an IHG employee and that's not the way it works! You should treat everyone equal!
