Great customer service

The staff always seem genuinely interested in helping me and giving me the best deal possible. They remember my name and the type of merchandise I am looking for. They go the 'extra mile' to make me feel welcome and served. I regularly go to many Cash Americas in NW Washington from Mt. Vernon to Tacoma, and the Lake City store is the BEST!

Everyone was so friendly and there knowledge of items was so extensive I thought I was on pawn stars I will never go to another pawn shop in my life ever

I visited your location at 12700 Lake City Way, Seattle, WA 98125. I worked with Ben and Shannon both. I was in a very tight spot and a new customer. I was very embarassed having to do a pawn loan. Both were very patient and understanding. They gave me the best value for my items. They listened to me. They cared and it made all of the difference. I will personally shop at Cash America and work with Ben and Shannon exclusively! Great Employees and great customer service are rare and both of these two deserve a compliment!
