The hotel was nice. Wasn't able to check in until around 4 even though I was there and talked to the front desk at 11. I know 3 is check in, but my room wasn't ready until 4.

We had a wedding in Ballground. Called in November to reserve 20 rooms. The hotel gave two rooms that we know of away. We asked for joining rooms so the bridal party could get ready together. They said there was none a available. I believe the manager Trisha told my cousin and grandmother they could have roll away beds when they called a week in advance. When we go to check in they tell us we can't because it's a fire hazard. They also said they had a crib available. They did not, but did go buy one. Not happy at all with our experience and the cooperate office will be getting a letter.
