Memphis Children's Museum

Good- lots of construction

We love the Christmas Museum and we have a membership. We go frequently, especially in the summer. We enjoy their splash park.

We love CMOM! The little kids area is such a godsend. If we need to get out of the house and get a change of scenery for the kids it's either CMOM or the Memphis zoo. It's so nice to have CMOM with indoor and outdoor play options.

It was our first time eating at the Jason's deli inside the children's museum. I have to tell you, I was impressed by the food. (The service was kinda lackluster, though. But that's okay!) We had a great time at the museum as always. However, I am surprised the splash pad closed as early in the season as it did considering it will still be plenty hot for several more weeks. In addition, what is wrong with the fishing area for kids? Something seems to be not quite functioning in it and I wonder why that is and when it will be fixed.

The toddler area is amazing! I love the older lady who works the toddler area. She is such a sweet heart and always attentive to helping me and the other mothers! Two thumbs up!

It was my first time visiting as a parent and I must say, I was impressed by the additions made to CMOM since the 90s (which is the last time I went, as a young child). I am especially impressed with the playground outside and the spray grounds. My favorite discovery was the AstroTurf underneath the playground - love love love that. My three year old appreciated all the attention to details... Especially the yellow brick road and music! Just loved our experience so much we became members. Thank you!

Definitely going back soon!
