This was a very smooth and seamless transaction. I love that I was able to choose my own vehicle. I booked a full-size car, however the standard size car that was available was more to my liking. They let me downgrade with no hassle. The Alamo staff was wonderful!

I felt pressured to pre-fill on gas and upgrade the car. The car wasn't extremely clean on the inside, nor did it look like it had been washed. The shuttle driver on the way to the terminal wasn't very friendly or quick to assist with bags.

When I arrived at this location, there were 15 people in line into employees helping. It took a very long time to get through the line. The car was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside. Overall the visit was fine but not my favorite.?
