We have our company Christmas parties there every year and every year the food and atmosphere is amazing! I have no complaints.

Blood on bathroom door. Room service people couldn't speak English. Otherwise, everything else was good. Front desk people were very nice.

I was glad parking was free - the website lists it as valet only. As a silver member I should have received my 5th night free but I didn't and will have to call as front desk couldn't help. Rooms are quite large. I didn't know it was a large conference center when booking the hotel.

I attended a work meeting and a Christmas party was followed right after the meeting. The meeting set up was fine, the Christmas party was a different story. The appetizers were almost completely out before a double tree staff member brought more food out. Also, they ran out of plates and we had to ask for more plates. The staff seemed like they hated their job and didn't want to be there.

I was at the Double Tree for a career fair and I did not like that I had to pay to park. $8 is ridiculous for 1.5 hrs.
