The staff is very friendly.

my family & I came in on Thanksgiving. We ate at the Bistro. Malik & Dan were very good to us. They made us feel very welcome and took very good care of us during our holiday dinner. loved the cookies at check in. Very warming front desk staff. Was a nice stay, until the young boys hockey teams took over the entire hotel Friday & Saturday. They made it very hard to get on & off the elevators. Other then that we would love to stay at Double tree by Hilton in the future. Was so close to all the shopping centers/malls you could have possibly wanted.
